What YAFE does

YAFE helps you respond to eligible Instagram comments and messages with a link to your digital file. A person can claim a free file using their delivery email. Paid files require an enabled payment gateway and a verified payment before delivery. You choose the file, keyword and post. You must own or have permission to distribute the file.

Money, and when you get it

Paid checkout is not currently enabled. Free-file claims do not create a payment or seller balance. Before paid selling starts, the applicable seller agreement must specify the collection arrangement, fees, refunds and provider-approved settlement schedule. No instant payout or fixed transfer date is promised by this preview.

The fee

No payment is required to claim a free file. Public paid-plan figures are proposed plans and are not available subscriptions. Applicable fees must be disclosed before a seller enables paid checkout.

What you are responsible for

That you own or have the right to sell what you upload. That it is not illegal, stolen, or someone else's work. That your description matches the file. That you answer buyers who write to you.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing material, or use automations to contact people who have not made an eligible interaction.

Refunds

Free-file claims involve no charge to refund. When paid checkout is activated, refund requests will be handled under the disclosed seller terms and applicable requirements. A refund request is not a completed refund until the payment provider confirms it.

Instagram

YAFE only replies to people who commented or messaged you first, which is what Meta permits. Meta's own rules apply on top of these terms and can change without us. If Meta restricts or removes access to your account, YAFE stops working for you, and that is outside our control.

Ending it

You can disconnect Instagram at any time and request account closure through the support address. Disconnection stops future replies. Contact support for data removal or help with any outstanding order.

Limits

YAFE is provided as it is. We do not promise Instagram will keep working, that every message will arrive, or that you will make sales. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
